Regrettably, The University of New Mexico is either unable or unwilling to tackle significant issues without facing legal action. Consequently, after enduring over two years of harassment, retaliation, defamation, and other issues, Jacob Smith proceeded with a lawsuit to ensure that no one else has to experience what he and his family have endured.
